If you find that your bins are consistently full each fortnight, we can help!
Residents have the option of ordering an additional FOGO, recycling and/or waste bins. To be eligible, the property must have a Full 240L Service or an existing 240L size of the same bin being requested.
Once you place an additional bin request, your bin will be delivered within 5 business days. The rates will then be adjusted to reflect the new waste charges.
Important note:
- Only the property owner or managing agent can request or cancel an additional bin.
- To be eligible for an additional bin, all land rates associated with the property must be paid up to date. Requests cannot be approved where rates are overdue.
*A one-off upfront $76 administration fee is applicable to additional waste (red) bins.
