A message for the residents of Tullimbar, Yellow Rock & Tongarra.
Due to the large growth in residential properties in the area, the Tullimbar, Yellow Rock & Tongarra bin collection day will be permanently moved to Fridays (rather than Mondays) effective Friday 9 December 2022. This change will ensure residents receive a consistent, reliable and efficient service into the future.
To make the transition as smooth as possible for our residents, we will conduct the following bin collections leading into the change:
Week commencing Monday 5 December 2022
Recycle & FOGO bins collected on both Monday 5/12 and Friday 9/12.
Week commencing Monday 12 December 2022
Waste & FOGO bins collected on both Monday 12/12 and Friday 16/12.
Monday 19 December 2022 – onwards
Bins will be permanently collected on Fridays only.
The current ‘Monday – No Parking 6am-9am’ street signs will be updated in December and amended to ‘Friday – No Parking 6am-9am’.
